Okay, I have said it before... (that I'll stop lurking). This time I mean that. School kept me very busy. Then summer came, and I was probably busier than during school. Although work has kept me busy, I am still taking loads of photos. I need to sort though and see what's worth posting.

Also, I have been using iPhoto '09. For those of you who are not familiar it has the new faces and places. Faces allows you to pick out what photos your friends and family are in. It has facial recognition software. So anyway, it's a great concept. It gets better at matching every time you confirm if someone is who iPhoto thinks it is. However it likes to confuse some of my friends with overweight older men and people of opposite races and genders. So like I said, great concept, doesn't work great though. Places is also pretty neat. If you have a camera with a GPS chip, it will automatically place a pin on the map from where your photo was taken. Unfortunately, most of us don't have GPS enabled cameras... so you can place pins manually and even name the location such as "Sylvester Park, Olympia, Washington" Now other users can search it and place their photos in the same location. Places is also compatible with the Flickr Map. Good stuff

Anyway, New photos comping soon! I went to Death Valley again in April, been to quite a few other places as well. Okay bye for now!
